Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the treatment fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment time without contacting the clinic ahead of time will be subject to a fee. 50% of the booked treatment fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Do you offer direct billing?

We provide direct billing for all massage services through your primary insurance benefits provider.
Please note: We do not direct bill to Blue Cross. We’re sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. We do provide receipts for all treatments provided, allowing you to submit on your own.
Is your massage therapist registered?

Yes, our massage therapist is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Why do you require a credit card when booking?

We require all clients to have a valid credit card on file at the time of booking to confirm scheduled appointments. This protects the time and availability of our Massage Therapists in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Your credit card information is securely encrypted and stored via a payment processor (Square) in our booking software. Staff at Moss Agate Massage Therapy are unable to access or modify credit card details to ensure security and compliance with protecting sensitive information.
You will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Your card may be charged if a scheduled appointment is missed without advance notice (no-show), or cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time.
